The cartridge replacement was a tough job because of heavy mineral buildup, but Wish Hernandez handled it very thoroughly and professionally. Had a problem with the hot water valve on the washing machine leaking and GOAT Plumbing responded right away. Damien came out, assessed the problem, offered three solutions, and even financing options if needed. At first, I was not going to do the financing, but it was no interest for 18-24 months, so got something else I needed done completed. Everything went through smoothly and repairs completed in time for new washing machine delivery.

A no-pressure, no-cost service call was just what I needed.
My water softener is not working. Troy came out and I let him know that I would not be in a position to purchase a new one if this one was not fixable. He introduced himself, he is very pleasant and took his shoes off at the door. He diagnosed the softener, explained what was wrong with it, and that replacement was the only option. I really liked that he respected me and did not try to pressure me into anything. When we walked out, I asked him about the cost of replacement and he explained the approximate cost and that they do have financing. A no-pressure, no-cost service call was just what I needed.
