John Guzman is a very nice guy. He explained to me 3 options for replacing the drain line that was clogged. Also, he helped me save $2k on a 50 ft sewer replacement to the city tap, which is really appreciated. The company is family-owned, and they did a very good job considering the customer's benefit. I will definitely call them again for plumbing-related issues.
Austin Beedy is a very nice guy too. He explained to me about the drain clog, snaked it, and made it go through. He told me the unclog job has a one-year warranty, which is very nice even though I don't need it since I am going to replace the entire pipes. But I really appreciate that the company has this kind of warranty policy. Not like another company called "Intriago Plumbing Corp"; he charged me $780 for the unclog, and five days later, the drain line was clogged again. He wanted to charge me another $630 to unclog it again. That is why I fired that company and got The Goat Plumbing Company.
