Great experience! Fortunately, they were able to fit me into an early morning spot to accommodate a burst pipe overnight. Matt was knowledgeable, skilled, and had great customer service. He did a job that I assumed would take 2-3 hours and knocked it out in about 60 minutes. Efficient and quality craftsmanship. Cleaned up afterwards, helped me position some fans in a small area, and went above and beyond. Impressed. Thanks Matt and GOAT!

They were able to get me an appointment on the same day, and the technician, John, was able to come out and get the work done within a couple of hours. He explained the process from beginning to end and was able to resolve the issue no problem. John will be my go-to technician from now on, so I can’t recommend him enough.

Dayron and Jose came to unplug my drain, but when I found out the estimate was much more than what I paid a different company a year earlier, I said I couldn’t afford that. They talked to their boss and they lowered it to what I paid the other company. The guys were very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The company does have a competitive price discount, which is why I went with them. I’ll use them again if I need a plumber.

From my first call requesting a service call to our technician, the customer service at The GOAT Plumbing is superb. They kept in contact with me, with updates regarding my technician’s arrival and even a picture and short bio about him. I especially liked this and felt very comfortable when he arrived. Our tech, Kevin Cross, was very friendly, knowledgeable, a true GOAT. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Our maintenance call turned into an urgent service call once he assessed the equipment. Fortunately, Kevin was able to replace our water heater the same day; this was great! Otherwise, I would’ve had to take time off another day for installation, and waiting may have turned into an emergency. I can honestly say this is one of the best companies I’ve worked with. I was in need of a plumber to do a gas line quick connect to run my generator off of. I was talking to my 8-year-old, 10-year-old, and 11-year-old; since I bought a new house, I would have to find a plumber, electrician, concrete guy, and an AC guy. I called around four other companies and got quotes. I was sitting in traffic with the three kids and they looked over and saw the goat with sunglasses on the van and said they do plumbing work and the goat’s funny. So I called the company; they immediately answered the phone. They sent out a technician, Kevin Cross. Kevin is an amazing technician. He answered all my questions, he was very friendly, gave me a quote. I told him I would think about it and get back with him after I talk to the girlfriend and she said immediately we want Kevin only to do the work. I will recommend Kevin and Goat Plumbing to everyone I know. Great marketing job on the goat on the side of the van. Even better hiring Kevin to represent the company. Phenomenal job, Kevin.

Josh arrived timely and was courteous. He did a thorough assessment of the issues I requested service for: 2 bathrooms with dripping spouts and a leaking exterior faucet/spout. We reviewed the estimate in detail, and Josh was fully transparent about the low/high range. I think Josh did a great job. I have other projects for a later time that I plan to use Josh/GOAT Plumbing for and was able to get an estimate on one of those as well. I’m not familiar with plumbing service fees, but I think the cost for the services and quality was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
