We called GOAT to help with a clogged toilet. They came quickly, and we didn't have to sit at home for a 6-hour window. They called to let us know when they were headed to us. Kevin was very kind and let us know we needed a new toilet as well as gave us a quote. It was an extremely fair quote and did not pressure us into getting a new toilet. When our toilet stopped working recently, we immediately knew we needed GOAT again. Kevin came to the rescue again and even sent us a thank you card later. Highly recommended.

He efficiently flushed out my water heater, ensuring it was running at optimal performance. What impressed me most was his willingness to offer valuable suggestions for a new water heater, taking the time to explain the different package options available. He provided recommendations that suited my needs without pushing for the most expensive choices, which I really appreciated. Today Troy Joyce from The GOAT came to repair a dripping tub and he did an amazing job. Two days prior, I had 'Plumbing Today' as we had signed up for a service plan and they sent out a technician who looked at the faucet and said that it could not be fixed without completely replacing everything. He said the only way to fix it was to cut into our drywall and then cut out the whole thing and replace it!! Which would cost us close to $1,400.00. I knew that this was not correct and that it could be repaired as I had the other repaired in the other bathroom last year. I will be using The GOAT from here on out and will be canceling my service membership with Plumbing Today that was a total joke. What was so great about The GOAT was that there was no charge for coming out and taking a look and quoting. Plumbing Today charged us almost $60.00 and didn’t even do anything. Thanks again, Troy.

Joe and Brandon came out to look at the shower drain leak under our house. They gave us a good explanation and estimates of what should be done and a couple of options if we preferred to replace part or all of the cast iron piping. Andrew and his partner (I apologize, his name slips my mind) came out to do the job on the scheduled morning. They were punctual, got right to work, got the job done in a few hours, tested the connections by running water, took before and after photos of all the piping, cleaned up the site, and presented our invoice to pay before leaving. Both were very professional, pleasant, and thorough in their explanation of what was done. An invoice copy and the photos were emailed to me that afternoon. I really appreciate such good service, and highly recommend this crew for plumbing needs.

Update June 19th, 2024. I called The Goat back for an estimate to do additional plumbing for me. They gave me a quote that I am totally happy about. They will start the work this Friday. And these guys are handsome as well as the first guy was! They are very professional and friendly. This company is totally awesome, and I'm so glad they decided to move to this area. You will not find a more honest, reliable, professional, and dependable plumbing service. This company is definitely the company you want to use for your plumbing needs. Especially if you are a woman! They are truly an honest company to deal with. They will not take advantage of you and triple and quadruple the price because you are a woman. I had several quotes over $700 which I knew was ridiculous to hook up plumbing for a kitchen sink. One was almost $1,000. The Goat Plumbing Company came in at under $225. They did a beautiful job, there are no leaks, they actually did more than I expected, and it actually looks better than it did before. I highly recommend this company.

This is one of the best outstanding plumbing companies in Riverview, Florida, and let me be absolutely clear. I don't say that lightly. As a disabled veteran, I can tell you now they are the most honest, deeply servicing company you can find. The professionalism of Trevor, the manager, and the service technician Peter came out, gave me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. Not only that, I had several companies come out and give me proposals that were outrageous and ridiculous. They gave me a price that was only a small fraction of what everyone else gave me. Here's the prices I received: $398.00 to replace an internal floater in the toilet bowl, $598.00 dollars from another for the same job. They did the job for $49.00, God as my witness. And I have multiple things that need to be done in a new house. They gave me proposals on the other things I needed done but with cheap products installed by the home builder. And there were certain things I needed to replace, and Goat did a great job. I will stand by them and their work. We are thankful for them. Call them, it's a call you will never regret.
