A no-pressure, no-cost service call was just what I needed.
My water softener is not working. Troy came out and I let him know that I would not be in a position to purchase a new one if this one was not fixable. He introduced himself, he is very pleasant and took his shoes off at the door. He diagnosed the softener, explained what was wrong with it, and that replacement was the only option. I really liked that he respected me and did not try to pressure me into anything. When we walked out, I asked him about the cost of replacement and he explained the approximate cost and that they do have financing. A no-pressure, no-cost service call was just what I needed. I will definitely keep this number for any future needed repairs. Thank you, Troy.

Natalie came to our home today to inspect our filter system. First of all, she is prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. She is sweet and goes above and beyond for the customer. I explained the issue we had been having, and she listened, never one time interrupting. I felt very heard and understood. Not that she needed to, but she apologized for someone else's mistake. She immediately jumped on the phone with her boss Joe, who was just as understanding and sweet as she was. They kindly explained what we needed to do on our end to solve the problem as well as going above and beyond to make sure we won't have any other issues in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, guys, so much for truly caring about your customers and doing all you can to take care of them!
